CoVEO is an app developed by Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Hungary in collaboration with EMBL-EBI, Erasmus Medical Center (EMC), Netherlands and Technical University of Denmark, Denmark as part of the VEO (Versatile Emerging infectious disease Observatory) project. It provides summaries and reports for SARS-CoV-2 variants, as detected by systematic analysis of public INSDC data (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/view/PRJEB43947).
